According to European Border and Coast Agency, an effective way of providing a complete solution for land and sea border surveillance against human and drug trafficking and warning of SAR is critical not only for EU but also for neighbouring countries.

 

RouteAware project which designed by the multi-national consortium directed by Turkish Coast Guard, HAVELSAN and BYS Grup proposes a cloud-based coast surveillance and anomaly detection solution that integrates various sensors and presents real-time, fused and refined information to coast guards. The coast guards will use the available information on user-friendly displays to monitor and control several types of illegal activities in sea borders.
