The CONTRIBUTE project aims to address the complex challenges posed by migration flows towards Turkey and through Turkey to Europe. With Turkey's evolving role from a transit country to a destination, the project focuses on strengthening the Presidency for Migration Management (PMM) to effectively respond to migration dynamics. This includes enhancing policymaking, operational capacities, and technical capabilities, particularly in managing irregular migration, risk analysis, return procedures, and fostering regional cooperation.

The project's activities are structured under three main components:

• Impact and SWOT Analysis
• Feasibility Study for Risk Analysis System
• Scenario-Based Analysis

Within the project, co-developing and co-drafting Impact analysis and SWOT Analysis for the evaluation of the CONTRIBUTE project will be carried out.

• Policy Development and Analysis: Co-developing methodologies for Impact Analysis and SWOT Analysis, conducting in-depth policy analysis, and providing recommendations for policy improvements related to irregular migration and return.
• Operational Support: Assisting PMM in implementing return procedures, developing collaboration with regional stakeholders, and guiding discussions in regional consultation meetings.
• Technical Expertise: Utilizing migration and data experts to lead research, analysis, and scenario-based assessments on migration routes, international protection, and risk analysis systems.
• Capacity Building: Enhancing PMM's operational and technical capacities through training, methodology development, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordination and Communication: Facilitating ongoing communication and coordination among experts, stakeholders, and partner institutions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to migration management.
