Education:
B.Sc. from any Engineering and Quantitative faculties. (M.Sc./B.A./MBA/Ph.D/Eng.D. will be preferred)
Linguistic Skills:
C1/C2 English (Read, Write, Speak)
General Experience:
5 Years
Project Experience:
3 Years
Preferred Experience:
International Finance Institutions & Multi-Donor Fund (EU,WB,EBRD,CEB etc.). B2 Driver
Candidate should be able to travel for short duration to foreign countries (2-3 days).
The office location is in GAZİ Technopark (Gölbaşı).
Key responsibilities of a project manager will include but not limited to:
1. Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans that outline the scope, resources, budget, timeline, and deliverables. This involves defining project goals and objectives and identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved with involvement of the stakeholders.
2. Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources such as personnel, finances, and other inputs to ensure that they are used effectively and that the project remains within budget.
3. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the project team to achieve project goals. This includes managing team dynamics, facilitating collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
4. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. This involves continuous monitoring of project progress and adjusting as needed to address new challenges.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress and any issues that arise. This includes regular updates and managing expectations through clear and frequent communication.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the project's outputs meet the required standards and stakeholders' expectations. This involves regular testing and reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Time Management: Ensuring that the project adheres to its timeline and deadlines are met. This may involve prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed.
8. Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the project stays within financial budgets and making financial reports.
9. Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and deliverables, which is essential for understanding project progress and for future reference.
10. Project Closure: Successfully closing projects, which includes finalizing deliverables, releasing project resources, and conducting post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project processes.
The candidate expected to report COO & CFO and manage project experts, project coordinators, project assistants and administrative support staff.
