Type and scope of services provided

The project specifically aims to:
-
improve institutional knowledge through analysis of current policies and procedures in the area of legal migration.
-
enhance institutional capacities in legal migration data analysis for the development of an evidence-based and data-driven migration policy and strategy.
-
support the development of Legal Migration Strategy Framework Document through facilitating institutional knowledge-base and informed policymaking. In the evaluation of the Legal Migration policies, SWOT Analysis have been made through focus group discussion with in-depth interview

Tasks:
-
Needs assessment study for Statistics Group within the Presidency for Migration Management (PMM);
-
Conducting trainings Sessions on Statistical applications for migration driven data sets.
-
Moderating the “Workshop on Analytical Approaches on Migration Policies and Data Management”;
-
Preparation of statistical models for 3 different migration policy topics.
-
Evaluation of the model performances of the policy topics.
