Type and scope of services provided

The project involves designing and implementing a comprehensive statistical web portal related to the energy sector. This portal aims to serve as a dynamic, multilingual platform that effectively supports the visibility and engagement of various stakeholders in the renewable energy sector. It will provide a centralized hub for disseminating industry-related information, including updates on project activities, industry news, technological advancements, training programs, and access to financial resources. The web portal will also promote the renewable energy equipment cluster organization and its member companies, facilitating the sharing of technical and legal standards, and linking to other pertinent websites. The preparation of B2B matchmaking and survey application module software is to increase commercialization potential of energy firms.

 

Key functionalities will include interactive features, such as the ability for users to upload content, provide feedback, and interact via social media integration. The portal will be equipped to pull and analyse data from multiple online databases through APIs, ensuring that the content remains up-to-date and relevant. Additionally, the portal will be designed to be user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and compatible across all major browsers to ensure broad accessibility.
  • Web Portal Design and Development:

Using advanced, recognized web development technologies for both the front end and database platform. The development process includes the preparation and approval of the methodology, technology choices, and design prototypes

  • Preparation of B2B matchmaking and survey application module software
  • Content Management and Updates:

Regular updating and management of the portal content, including news, reports, project updates, and announcements of upcoming events and activities.

  • Hosting and Technical Maintenance:

The portal is hosted on a cloud-based platform. This includes registering and managing the domain name, ensuring high uptime, and providing technical support.

  • Multilingual and Multi-Feature Support:

Implementation of a bilingual interface (Turkish and English) and integration of functionalities such as social media synchronization, search engine optimization, and mobile optimization to enhance user engagement and accessibility.

  • Stakeholder Interaction and Feedback Management: Development of features that allow for user interaction, such as comments, ratings, and content uploads, which is moderated by the website administrators to maintain quality and relevance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitoring the portal’s performance, including access and social media statistics, and providing monthly reports detailing all activities and content updates.
