Detailed description of project

Type and scope of services provided

 A "Performance Management System" has been developed within the scope of the project to enable the ÇASGEM staff to manage the process.

The project includes the following activities:

  • Determining the needs of all units with requirements analysis study
  • Training management module
  • Developing performance indicators, indicator management software, tracking and reporting software system.

 
  • Preparation of software of the performance management system of CASGEM.
  • The tasks and responsibilities in the Terms of Reference
  • Additional fixing and fine-tuning of the pilot software during the contract duration until the final PPMS is developed and approved by the Beneficiary/CA is received.
  • At least 2 training sessions for CASGEM staff on using the PPMS (after the system is established).
  • Reporting to the Contractor.
  • Preparing the Software requirements and Specific Documents to be reviewed and approved by the beneficiary.
