This project, initiated under the auspices of Yeşilay which is the NGO established in 1920 and works for fighting against addiction in Turkiye, and through its branches in other countries; aims to establish a comprehensive data management platform designed to systematize and enhance the analytical capabilities of the organization. The primary goal is to create a specialized data warehouse database system that will organize both historical and ongoing records, transforming disparate data into structured formats conducive to advanced analysis. By employing sophisticated data mining methods, the project seeks to derive meaningful, time-based insights that align with historical data trends. This will facilitate the creation of a unifying decision support system that integrates data from various sources, thus enabling more informed decision-making processes. Additionally, the project will focus on ensuring data privacy and security, which are paramount given the sensitive nature of the data handled. The envisioned platform will support Yeşilay’s strategic objectives by providing actions and predictive analytics that can guide future strategies and interventions in addiction prevention and treatment. This initiative will not only streamline data management but also unlock the potential for data-driven decision-making within the organization. |
