Detailed description of project			Type and scope of services provided
The purpose of the interim evaluation is to provide an overall independent assessment and evidence on the contribution of EU IPA II support to the achievement of the objectives and intended impact in the policy area of human resource development by addressing employment, entrepreneurship, migration, development and labour market shortcomings, the effectiveness of social protection and social inclusion policies, promoting job creation, enhancing social dialogue, and improving the quality and access to education and training systems for the period 2014-2020.			The result & output-based indicators of the projects under the operational programme have been reviewed, monitored, evaluated, and reported to the beneficiary and the EUD. Contribute to desk research, interaction with the OB’s, grant beneficiaries and drafting inputs to the Evaluation Report.
