NEW PROJECT - Web-Based Monitoring & Evaluation Management Information System (M&E MIS)
By taking our expertise in international service delivery one step further, we have launched a new project to develop a web-based Monitoring & Evaluation Management Information System (M&E MIS) under the Transforming Food Systems Resilience Project (TFSRP).
With this project, we aim to provide a fully digitized infrastructure that supports the entire project cycle—from planning to reporting. The system will enable the tracking of activities, outputs, targets, and achievements, while offering automated, decision-support oriented reports to strengthen project management.
Key objectives of the project include:
- Digitally tracking all activities under TFSRP,
- Recording outputs and targets supported by evidence-based documentation,
- Generating summary reports for management and oversight,
- Developing a dynamic dashboard to visualize indicator-based data,
- Delivering a flexible and sustainable system built on open-source technologies,
- Integrating GIS (Geographic Information System) to process spatial data.
This service is delivered as a turnkey solution, covering all components including software development, user training, system documentation, and post-implementation technical support.
The developed system will be a powerful digital tool for public administration, project teams, and M&E professionals. At the same time, we take pride in expanding our international footprint by exporting our technical consultancy expertise to new geographies.
