DETAILS: A software was developed for the development of an adaptive, web-based assessment tool to assess the literacy, numeracy and digital skills of low-skilled adults in Turkey. Interactive Questions Developed within the project includes computer adapted CAT algorithm. The web-based software also includes interactive questions for computer skills measurement.
