BYS Group Participated in the 7th Monitoring Committee Meeting of the IPARD III Programme
The 7th Monitoring Committee Meeting of the IPARD III Programme was held in İzmir on 26 June 2026. The meeting was attended by representatives from the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), the European Commission, the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye, relevant public institutions, and civil society organizations.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress achieved since the previous Monitoring Committee meeting under the IPARD III Programme. In addition, the 4th Modification Package, introducing new arrangements for the implementation of the programme, was discussed and approved by the members of the Monitoring Committee. The modification package is expected to enter into force following its approval by the European Commission.
As BYS Group, we participated in this important meeting, which plays a significant role in the monitoring and evaluation processes of the IPARD III Programme. The meeting provided an opportunity to share our views and recommendations with relevant stakeholders on enhancing the effective implementation of the programme, strengthening the alignment of rural development support with local needs, and improving project development processes.
