External Evaluation Services for the ENHANCER Project Have Been Completed

BYS Group has completed the activities aimed at evaluating the outcomes of the project and the capacity of its design to contribute to results, within the scope of the “ENHANCER Project External Evaluation Services” contract carried out with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). This evaluation task focused on analyzing progress against project indicators, as well as examining the project design’s capacity to generate results.

About the ENHANCER Project

The overall objective of the ENHANCER Project is to improve employment and livelihood opportunities for individuals under Temporary Protection Status (SuTP) and local host communities (LHC) in Türkiye, particularly in selected provinces with high concentrations of SuTP.

The project aims to support the establishment and sustainability of new enterprises, encourage the growth of existing businesses, improve the institutional and policy environment in the target provinces, and strengthen entrepreneurs’ access to market opportunities and business support services.
