The SHIFA Project Workshop on Capacity Building and Risk Management Successfully Completed

As BYS Group, we successfully completed the three-day #SHIFA workshop held in Ankara on 7–9 October within the scope of the “Strengthening Healthcare Infrastructure for All (SHIFA)” technical assistance project, financed by the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) and implemented for the benefit of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.

Throughout the workshop, best practices and insights on risk management were shared, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacity and contributing to the overall success of the SHIFA Project.

As part of this project, BYS Group provides implementation, reporting, and training support within the MMIS/data management, risk management, and capacity-building components as a member of the technical assistance team.
